Behind The Blue Door is an incredible mix of steamy and intriguing storyline. Almost every chapter has some kind of steamy encounter throughout the book with various kinks explored so there should be something for everyone along with some scenes to push your erotic boundaries.

What I loved the most about the book (other than the obvious sexiness) was the development of Rachel’s character and her relationships with various individuals throughout the book, specifically her relationship with Vish. Her character develops throughout the book with the impact of her past evident in how her personality develops through her choice to work in this trade.

I can’t wait for the rest of the books in this series.

I have read many of Kris Kassady’s short novellas and enjoy her writing style and the stories she creates. When I noticed Joey Does Greece was one of her longer stories I knew I had to give it a read.

I really enjoyed the book and the adventures Joey goes on while he’s on holiday for his two weeks vacation. The overall story is written in a way that it is essentially short stories but with the overall ark that brings them all together. Each of the encounters are different with very unique personalities and it was interesting and fun to see how the author has the individuals interacting with each other.

Since reading I have discovered there is a book 2 and this is an immediate addition to my TBR list. Another solid (no pun intended), fun, and steamy read.

See That Girl is the third book in the Chances Are series and I am loving it more and more with each new book.

This time round we learn more about Summer who is part of the production as an actress in the lead role and her character is equal parts funny and sexy. Reading her interactions with the other characters along with her sexual antics kept me engaged throughout the whole story and although I saw the twist a couple of chapters before the reveal, I really enjoyed the journey getting us there.

I like how each book, although it is from the main view point of someone different, still adds to the story of each of the others we have grown to love in the overall story arc but with the focus shifting each book you still want to read on and I will definitely be checking out the rest of the series.

REVIEW:

One More Look is the second in the Chances Are series and what a brilliant addition. Book one introduced amazing characters and a bit of steam but book two gives us so much more.

By more I mean more steam (very well written and believable scenes that had me wanting more) but also more characters as well as developing the earlier characters.

For me this one was more Maeve’s story and I loved discovering more of her personality and how emotional she can be but also she gives many laugh out loud moments. I think she is becoming my favourite character in the series.

Unfortunately, nothing is ever as simple as it seems. Events don’t fit together very well, she doesn’t know who she can trust, and someone is trying to kill her. This is annoying because she had been looking forward to a nice warm bed, and a good night’s sleep.

REVIEW:

Into The Darkness was a fantastic mix of fantasy and mystery that had me engrossed from the very beginning. The author has created an amazing world and I was surprised that this was only book one of a series as it was a strong story as a stand a lone but knowing there is more to come has me looking forward to reading the next chapter of this story.

As the synopsis tells us, the story follows people who can create worlds and I loved the descriptions of the symbols used and the impact this had on the worlds created. Learning about these beings who are pretty much like humans only with the god like ability to create. A worthwhile read.
