Review
This read was was part of a classic A-Z group and was the book choice for February.
I found the writing easy to follow but the story just didn’t engage me and neither did some of the characters. Some of the scenes I had heard from others were quite emotional but I found them dull and just not emotionally hitting at all.
Not what I would call a bad read but certainly not one I found terribly enjoyable compared to some of the other classics I have read over time.
